The Problem
SVB's financial self-service portal serves ~6 million Dutch citizens monthly. The platform had 20-minute lead times, 4-week developer onboarding, and cross-team friction that was grinding delivery to a halt. No one could ship fast enough.
What I Did
Migrated the Angular CLI v15 codebase to Nx v17 monorepo. Implemented Module Federation for independent microfrontend deploys. Built four CI/CD prototypes to find the optimal pipeline architecture. Created Angular schematics for standardized code generation.
