Chordify
Premium roadmap decisions needed hard evidence, not intuition.

The Problem
Chordify needed clearer direction on premium feature priorities. Product and design decisions were being made with limited user evidence and high uncertainty.
What I Did
Ran a structured beta study with 150 users, validated premium feature concepts (including MIDI export and chord transposition), and translated findings into concrete roadmap and design decisions.
Results
Validated premium feature priorities with direct evidence from 150 beta users
Clearer premium roadmap with stronger sequencing decisions
Design direction grounded in user research instead of assumptions
Reduced guesswork and product risk before implementation
